back when I was experiencing crippling self doubt and depression I didn't realise at the time but what I thought I was doing was working on my goals, and what I actually was doing was sitting around hoping, wishing, waiting, stopping myself from doing anything.
if you have a goal that you want to achieve, you have to be working on it EVERY DAY!

this doesn't mean burn yourself out or work 24/7, but it does mean set aside some time each day to focus solely on working towards your goals.
small steps every day add up to HUGE progress.
get out of your own way and spend one hour on the main thing that you really want to achieve. once you become consistent with spending an hour, you can increase the time and gradually you'll spend and more time each day consistently without even realising it.
