Whereas realistically what we need is to know signs and symptoms to look out for in our nearest and dearest.
Signs to look out for can include, withdrawal from activities & friends, talking about what might happen if they are not around, subtle goodbyes, putting affairs in order, an unexplained uplift in mood etc #WorldSuicidePreventionDay
Don’t be afraid to ask someone if they might be feeling that life might not be worth living.

You cannot put the idea in anyone’s head.

You just might however, be the one to care enough to ask. #WorldSuicidePreventionDay
