(1)Lots of big campaigns don't win, but they usually make at least some small advance. But the People's Vote is very rare in that it helped actually create the worst possible outcome it's leaders said they wanted- yet there is no "Autopsy", no questions why
(2)So the bizarre behaviour of the People's Vote is unexamined : The campaign only persuaded one national political party to take up their 2nd Ref plan. But instead of backing Labour, the People's Vote disbanded itself - just before the election !
(3)Equally bizarre, the People's Vote campaign "won over" the one party -Labour- that supported their second ref by relentlessly attacking Labour's leadership : So the 2nd Ref policy lose Labour votes, and so did the attacking and undermining Labour's Front Bench
(4)The fact that the People's Vote campaign wasn't led by political campaigners, but instead corporate lobbyists like Roland Rudd, or eg Stephen Peel, the owner/director of a firm selling spying kit to Saudi Arabia, might also be a clue to it's bizarre behaviour.
