There is no good reason for the UK to say we will break international law. If we aren't strong enough to negotiate with the EU then we probably shouldn't try. Or perhaps, y'know, try understanding the EU and devloping a realistic strategy.
In the last 3 days we've seen suggestions from key figures in countries and blocs representing 65% of UK trade that they won't do a deal with us. Perhaps time to think we're not handling this very well?
