Maharaja Pratap Singh built this temple in 1912 which was later renovated by Maharaja Hari Singh. The temple is built over a spring pond & has a small marble shrine where the goddess idol is installed

kheer, godess agreed to reside in Lanka. But she soon instructed god Hanuman to shift/install her image at holy spot of Tulmul as she subsequently got displeased with Ravana's vicious & licentious character

& it is believed that Goddess Ragnya changes spring's colour on this auspicious day. If colour changes to black, it is considered a bad omen.
