Antifa’s membership? Overwhelmingly white. There’s a higher percentage of black people in the GOP than there are in ANTIFA, going by arrest records.

No. The prosecutors do. And prosecutors have often been statistically shown to come down far harder on minorities for the same crimes as white criminals.
