It's worth noting that, despite denying any links to Scientology or New Age cults, the practice of providing training or support services to naive corporate executives as a way of recruiting new marks is a well-established cult tactic (and one shared by R U OK Day too )

I'm not saying R U OK Day is run by a cult or even that Landmark is a cult - neither are - but they along with most of the corporate self-help sector draw their business model and what they teach from New Age cults as much as mainstream research.
