We have a responsibility to triage an untenable situation while trying to help people - moving from park to park is not an option. It is the responsibility of @ParkBoard & @CityofVancouver (in partnership) to return public park space to it’s intended use. #vanpoli
Concurrently, we are looking to a future when the federal government steps in to deliver supportive housing. Right now the residents (both sheltered and unsheltered) are looking to their local government to help and right now that is us.
