The pink is mapped as cat2-sensitive you will not be able to control regrowth (including grass). You will only be able to "sustainably graze" it. No lopping for feed either.
The blue area council needs to assess for inclusion. If council includes it, same result as pink area
It’s basically OE&H making recent changes to Native Veg legislation for farmers to be able to batter manage their land null & void.

The theory is the SEPP is protecting “future koala habitat”. In this instance good on the @NSWNationals for making this an issue & standing up for farmers property rights. I’m all for protecting koalas 🐨 but this is purely political BS
