Media literacy 101:

Reports: here is a problem

Policy makers: our job is to solve this problem so here are things we will do

Reporters: solution did not work as planned

Everyone on Twitter: time to yell at the reporters for this problem that's still here!!!!!
(Obviously there are very valid criticism of media + power but this ain't it)
