Spy should get smoke grenades. Not toxic gas grenades like TFC, but just smoke that obscures areas of the map. Give anyone inside the smoke that unused condition effect that makes it so you have a chance to "dodge" a shot whilst in the grenade.
The Thermal Thruster needs the "can't carry intel when equipped" stat like the Rocket and Sticky Jumpers. Gives way too much mobility for such little negatives (as most pyros rarely use secondaries anyway).
As does the Atomizer or Soda Popper. Again, way too much mobility for an already very-mobile class. Or at least reduce movement speed when carrying intel as Scout so he can't make jumps that he usually can exclusively make (i.e. the 2fort bridge cross).
Sniper needs more offensive secondaries.
By offensive I mean actually damage-dealing. By that I mean SMGs. Give him a frickin' UMP or Mac-10 for all I care.

Demo has way too many weapons that are for Demoknight. Dude has only two non-shield non-stock secondaries and legit only two unique melee weapons that do not have the "is a sword" attribute.
All-class cosmetics suck. I see too many on the Workshop that are just let slide because they're cool or whatever, but a lot of the time they don't make sense on 7 out of the 9 classes they are compatible with.
Winter 2019's war paint case sucked. Not just because it dropped for literally 8 months, but also because the war paints in it all sucked. They only worked for Christmastime (unlike the Winter 2017 War Paints), and almost all of them were bland.
