Relevance: Can a search engine determine wtf you're talking about? Call it "semantic SEO" and you can charge 3x.

Authority: Does anyone give a crap about you?
Yeah, it's still about links. There may be other signals of authority, but links make the world go 'round. Which pisses me off, but it is what it is.
