So this is #film journalism nowadays, huh? From one of the legitimate sources, no less. Not a fandom troll. Incredibly, astonishingly *yikes.*

1. Spreading vitriol & negativity about behind the scenes, rather than showing an interest, breaking things down, or just *reporting.*
2. Contributing to the *inaccurate representation* & clickbait we’re seeing today surrounding an actor’s comments on a production, & showing your cards because YOU didn’t like said production’s end result. Literally letting it live rent free in your head.
3. Saying two individuals shouldn’t work on a property again because you...didn’t like a thing...? Not because of anything substantial in terms of character or conduct or business. Because raaaage. Got it. Cool. Spicy. 👍🏻
4. Choosing to go with the classic alarmist “[insert piece] INSULTS [inserts piece]” diiiiiiscourse instead of just expressing why you don’t like a thing.

AS IF he wouldn’t bend over *backwards* to have even *one minute* of Kathleen Kennedy or JJ’s time on the next press junket.
I honestly, legitimately hope that he chooses to give his time/his outlet’s time to other writers & interviewers when it comes to Kennedy & Abrams’s future projects. Leave this bitterness out of things. Let someone who can separate rage from their reporting take the spot.
Give your spot to someone who can not like a thing *without* calling for the jobs of creators exclusively because of said dislike. There’s a plethora of writers out there, many of them BIPOC writers & content creators, who could sit at that seat at the table with some Jedi grace.
