Ald Harris with a resolution to modify council rules so alders cannot use their phone while in session

Another resolution from Ald Harris modifying council rules so that Alders cannot solicit co-sponsorship on ordinances during meetings (this is bizarre - this has been a common council practice)

A very bizarre ordinance from Ald Reilly granting ward superintendents and such other employees of the department of streets and sanitation to have some powers of members of the police force to serve process or notice within the city (not sure about the specifics here)

Resolution from Black caucus chair Ald Ervin calling upon the Public Safety cmte to hold a hearing on the the number of dispersal orders issued by CPD to curb "gangs, prostitution, and narcotics trafficking". Notes a 1992 ordinance struck down by the Supreme Court.
