Picked a fight with my sister tonight. Her office had a covid-19 screening last week. Without receiving the results employees were told to go back to work at the office this week. She inquired and found out there's one positive case but the management decided to cover it up...

...to keep everyone from getting anxious. The positive case was told to work from home, but everyone else, including those who shared office with the positive case until test day, has to go into the office. The person who spilled this info to my sister told her to keep quiet...

...so she started voluntary isolation at home but lying to her office management about the reason. I asked if she at least warn other coworkers who are also close contact of the positive case, and she doesn't want to do it...

...so I flipped out. Her office is withholding covid risk information from employees and she is complicit. This is part of the reason Indonesia fails in contact tracing of covid-19 cases. I think everyone can have a role to curb the pandemic, not only health workers/scientists

In summary:
- 14-day quarantine for contacts of COVID-19 cases
- body temp and other symptoms monitored daily during quarantine
- if no symptoms until the end of quarantine, no need for swab test
