Someone within the federal court system has changed Carroll v USA back to Carroll v Trump.
So bizarre...
Dear SDNY Caption Changer,
You haven't managed to change Carroll v United States of American on the PACER look-up page yet...
So it seems like the DOJ lawyer who filed the removal papers subbed in USA as the defendant in place of Trump. Then the judge, unhappy, changed it and chided him for it.
