There is something strange happening in Srinagar. The whole city has become inundated with no-locals according to my brother. Some of them openly now wear and support Hindutva saffron on Kashmiri streets 
. The visuals are disturbing and what is more worrying is our complacency!

They peak into every car and are totally not interested sometimes to do work. My brother asked one them where the stuff he was selling was made but he didnât know. He told him that he is only doing this temporarily. His ticket to kashmir was paid for already he said.
My brother asked him as winter is about to begin, when is he going back to UP and the vendor laughed and said he intends to stay. My brother thinks he is bringing his family now. Usually they are preparing to leave this time of the year. This is not happening anymore.
My friend also told me that many unusual Bihari beggars are here. They donât even pretend to beg in earnest but always look into your car. They have families with them. This is different than the past. They are waiting for the 2 lakh homes and Srinagar â35 plan to take force.
Kashmiris are the worst people walaahi. You canât have your cake and eat it too. These people stay in renting accommodation in Hawal, Bemina, Chana Pora etc. These are Kashmiri homes and some even support azaadi. Lost for words. Palestinians would have dèjĂ vu if they see us now.
