Also a good time to understand 'adverse reactions' during clinical trials.

This may be directly related to the vaccine (new onset seizure temporally related to dose) or may be completely unrelated (participant hospitalized due to a car accident).

Red flag = pause & review👍
You know those tv ads & package inserts that list 75 'side effects' - this is where it all comes from. Any symptom that occurs during participation in a trial are recorded in both those who receive vaccine & placebo group.

Many often unrelated or occur equally in both groups
Context always matters.

If participants in a vaccine trial are monitored for 6 months, they will inevitably get a headache, cold, stomach ache, etc. during their time of study enrollment.

That all gets recorded & reported. BUT...whether it's a 'side effect' is separate.
Hope this offers a brief glimpse of some areas of common misunderstanding. I have no doubt that any #COVID vaccine will receive more scrutiny than any other vaccine in history (as they should).

I am going to rely on science & experts to help understand the data (when available)
