Like all mobsters I prosecuted, Trump attacks @MichaelCohen212, calling him a “convicted lier (sic)”. But ask yourself:
1) who benefitted from those lies? (Trump)
2) Are any stmts against his self-interest? People don’t admit to crimes they did not commit.

3) Did Cohen always say unfavorable things about Trump, or did he sometimes say things that help Trump and that he didn’t know some things? (The latter.)
4) Is he corroborated by other evidence, either documents or testimony? (Reimbursement checks, recording with Trump.)

Trump chose Cohen to do his dirty work. Trump can throw mud at Cohen, but it splatters back all over himself.
These are some arguments prosecutors make to juries about cooperating witnesses, and they work.
