TN reopened schools weeks ago, most districts opened in first 3 weeks of August.
COVID cases aren’t rising at a state level.
I haven’t seen any reports of COVID spikes in communities w reopened schools. Anyone seen such stories?

Then shifted to normal school schedules – with ALL kids back in classrooms – on 9/8, which I take to be a sign that it was going well.

I’m sure there are other states with similar situations & other TN districts to note. These are just 3 I know.
No coverage of these cases.
Given ongoing debate about reopening (ahem, NYC), don’t we deserve coverage of spike-free openings in places like TN?

Pasting your reply to maintain thread.
We must remember that there were cases before schools reopened. Incl among kids. The baseline wasn’t zero! Heck, reopening schools may accelerate ID of cases.
So, cases shouldn’t surprise us.
