Help signal boost pls!!

Hey y’all need a favour: do u know any affordable mental health services namely for millennial/gen Z non-chinese POCs in SG? A friend is in need of serious help but absolutely cannot afford normal therapist fees, and IMH isn’t really a preferred option :/
They’re in a bad place and I’m really concerned for them, and I’d really rather not lose them 😬 they’ve been needing therapy for years but haven’t been able to afford the $200-$300 fees, and Idk any affordable places so kinda desperate for help here!!
They’re not in immediate danger/threat to themselves right now (Idw wait till they are), but they’ve been there before + they’re heading that way p fast; pls don’t suggest getting them committed, like I previously mentioned - not an option!!
