The qs our Bolton readers have for the govt are not necessarily the same Hancock will be asked on eg R4. They are practical things about their lives. But we haven't had them answered and the http://gov.uk  guidance has not been updated to reflect yesterday's announcement

In other words it's all very well doing a national ministerial media round - but that's no good for people who want to know whether it will be legal to go to their mate's bday drinks in Mcr; or whether tradespeople can still go in houses; or whether bars will be compensated.

Nearly 200,000 people live in Bolton. The govt has given them four sets of rule changes in less than a fortnight and has now failed to explain exactly how the latest ones affect them. Bolton has a Tory council and two Tory MPs. It's bad politics if nothing else.
