Thread: So around 20 years ago i did my first ever #police #input in Newcastle using my #LivedExperience to #educate #Cops, im really pleased to be heading back to @northumbriapol where it all began to train #police #expert #witnesses about the reality for people who use drugs
1. 20 years ago & fresh out of #rehab i met #drug #liaison #cop Frazer Gill, he empowered me to use my #lived #experience to educate #cops & my journey began, since then ive worked with @NPInspBosson @SuptBarron @ other awesome cops from @northumbriapol who i class as great pals
2. I have been so lucky on my #journey to make some great friends who are #cops & #police staff 
Just because of my past criminality & drug use does not mean i am exempt from friendships with police officers, or them with me

3. @skilili90 @AlcoholHarmCop @RonaldHogg1 from @DurhamPolice @DurhamAHRU these guys have all been involved in my journey and i am all the better for knowing them & working together to better things for people who use drugs
4. Ive also been really blessed to deliver #LivedExperience sessions to new #cops @ClevelandPolice too

5. @WestMidsRBLX is another #awesome & #progressive #police force I’ve worked with using my #lived #experience to educate & inform #police #officers & #partners & again a place where i have great pals in @MegJ4289 & @JaneBaileyWMP I respect you guys always for what you do
