New from me: Victorian real estate agents are defying calls by the state's peak body ( @REIVictoria) to block rent reductions and flood Consumer Affairs/VCAT with disputes.

The most prominent rebuke of the REIV's guidance so far has come from Real Estate Industry Partners, which counts Ray White, Raine & Horne and Harcourts among its members.
