cue a bunch of journalists volunteering overtime for the Liberal Party comms team by framing this development as “disappointing” and “complex” instead of a typical Morrison government screwup. He always makes these announcements prematurely and they always ALWAYS report it.
they gave him a whole week of coverage on that false hope garbage and told us it was for the good of the people. What a bunch of gullible fucking rubes. Morrison has never acted for the public good in his entire miserable public life.
