This is a THREAD on the lady kneeling and displaying all her things from her bag in front of a paramilitary green object. My comment on a previous post was that I believe it a good position to adopt, all things considered in HK at the moment. I want to explain more....
For the longest time I have been very pro affirmative action by frontline protesters. People would say, if you test 1c2s, the CCP will destroy HK. And this was entirely the point. Frontline protesters proved that 1c2s never existed. A system is only as good as its lasted test...
1c2s, never existed other than as an opportunity for CCP to hoodwink the world while it robbed, rapped and pillaged behind the scenes. Brave Hong Kongers proved this resolutely. CCP is to blame for the failure of 1c2s, not protesters. HK frontlines were just the software that...
tested the system and made it catotrophically fail. The blame lies squarely at those who designed and managed the system. The real system is now palin for all to see and CCP is beginning to pay the price. Yes it’s slow. But this isn’t 1990. CCP isn’t going to walk away from this
With huge sacks of FDI as reward for its bad behaviour. It is going to get much worse for CCP. Unfortunately it is also going to get much worse for HK too. HK is the Canary in the cage for the world. The CCP global barometer, and brave Hong Kongers have already paid such a high
To be in this position, and they will have to pay more. The time for direct confrontation is now over for HK. HK fought valiantly and showed that they are not scared of either CCP, PLA or HKPF. The world respects HK’s fighters. The world had changed because of HK.
HK is now an occupied land. One day it will be liberated but for now it is occupied by a malignant army of green objects. The time is right to treat them like an occupying force. You don’t fight them aggressively. You resist them passively at every turn.
Which brings me to the woman. This kind of thing can become a political weapon. There are many older people in HK who whole heartedly support the government but are still haunted by the occupation of Japan. For them, this kind of image is a powerful reminder of their past.
They can not be reached by reason and argument. But visual images like this can show them that they are under occupation. So, the action of kneeling down and outwardly subjugating to the enemy is a form of passive aggressive resistance. Inside the person is full of fire and
contempt for the occupying army, but outwardly they demonstrate to those who choose to look away as much as possible that HK is occupied.
Of course I can hear people saying, I would never do this. I would never show this kind of submission to my enemy. But remember, even special forces and trained to outwardly show weakness and subjugation once they are captured. Look decrepit and broken so as not to invite attack,
But inside, they are strong. Preserving their energy to strike when the chance presents itself as the enemy will make mistakes and over estimate its own strength.
So, the actions become a political theatre where the resistors never miss an opportunity to reveal the oppressors to the world. Pairing the HKPF with the occupying Japanese army at every turn. Every opportunity.
The image of the paramilitary green object standing over a citizen is so powerful. It doesn’t mean that the person kneeling is subjugated. It’s more like they are a bright light shining up at the green object and revealing it for what it actually is.
