There are other factors that affect this even more than the colour of your skin.

- Football views/perspective of that nation/coach/pundit should be taken into account. We all know Brits pride physicality and work ethic. They would first praise your work ethic and physicality/

before anything. Xhaka profiled as aggressive person. The stories in the media, his outlook and demeanor all make him look like a physical person but Xhaka is more than that. Herrera is also profile as a PaShUn merchant but that's not the only thing about Herrera.

- Profiling in grassroots footballing shouldn't even be taken too serious because most of the time it is incomplete and development of the player also affects it. You get moved around different positions until you find a stable one.

They look at your physical and technical attribute before they put you in position. Nobody really looks for a intelligence in an 8 year old footballer rather your physical and technical attributes. Your intelligence is developed in the academy.
