So what happened is.. the Firm's MD his wife and 3 daughtrs were trying to flew away to australlia after selling all the assests in kerala. But stucked due to lockdown.

Investors got the info and then police arrested the family..

Along with the daughter from delhi airport.

The investors are mostly senior citizens who are retired and the greed of higher returns was the reason why they risked their money..

The plan was very good they hired senior or retired bank employees as BM & used their contacts.

This all came out as due to lockdown they maybe many customers went to branches for breaking deposits.. while the firm had no money..
While gold collected by them from gold loans was also repledged for taking loans from nationalised banks.

Accrdng to reports they repledged around 80 crore worth gold.

For routing money to dubai amd australlia they created 15 cell companies.

So only problem they had overall was CORONA otherwise they would have gone till now and country would have another Vijay mallya or nirav.
