CASH FLOW INCOME...RENT: Investors buy property & let it out for a rental income. Cash flow income can be generated by other types of real estate besides apartment buildings, such as storage units, office buildings, retail establishments, & rental houses.
CAPITAL APPRECIATION IN SALE VALUE: when a property increases in value due to a change in the market. eg: the land around your property could become scarcer or busier, like when a major shopping center is built nearby. Or just price increases due to demand
LEVERAGE: One can use their property as financial leverage to access finance for other business investments by putting down the owned property as collateral.
BUY OFF PLAN: . Investors can invest in upcoming developments & buy off-plan then sell upon completion, at a profit. Developers tend to sell cheaper in the early stages of a multi-unit development. Key: Choose the right developer
RENOVATE & RE-BUILD: One can buy dilapidated properties & renovate to sell at a profit. KEY: Find the gems, not junk. Location & right sizing is key. #RealEstate #PropertyDevelopment
