How to plan your Q4: (thread)
1/

To successfully scale your business, you need to focus on fewer, but more focused tasks every quarter.

It's a time to bridge your big-picture goals with weekly planning and daily action.
2/

Introducing OKRs. This stands for:

Objective & Key Results.

These will be your most important "focus areas" for the quarter.
3/

Meet with your team (or sit with yourself if you have no team) and decide on 3-5 objectives you want to accomplish in the next 90 days.

Keep them minimal, clear, and concise. 90 days go by fast and you want to make sure you can complete at least 75% of your objectives.
4/

Potential areas of focus (objectives) could be:

- Increase company revenue
- Improve company processes
- Create more strategic content
- Enhance Customer Experience
- Increasing your lead flow
- Make a key hire
5/

Before planning out how you are going to make these objectives possible, you must create a vision for each one.

Ask yourself:

"What do I/we need to accomplish this quarter to feel successful with this objective?"

This question is known as a KPI (Key Performance Indicator).
6/

Now create 5-7 Key Results (action steps) for each objective.

Ex.

O: Increase company revenue
KR: Reach $50k/mo from all offers
KR: Increase membership members to 1,500
KR: Reduce churn to 3%
KR: Launch an affiliate program with 25 affiliates
7/

Lastly, for each Key Result, pick a team member or multiple team members from your ORG Chart to be ultimately responsible for executing each KR by a definite date.
