Market Socialism, I mean, not perfect, but due to the subjugation of Huawei's trade unions to the state..it's indirectly controlled by it.
The only exception to the rule was Ping An - but it's still mostly owned and controlled by the Shenzhen government as it was founded under it from the beginning.

As my chinese comrade @yaoxiai pointed out. That's the difference. China's companies are all either publically, state, party, government or worker owned.
