2013: [3/12] Clapper appears before select committee, Ed claims this is when he first got the idea to steal and leak documents. I just assume Ed has amnesia about the previous thefts.
When I think about whistleblowers, rarely do I imagine one who took it upon themselves to collect documents from one agency and then jump ship to another one to do the exact same thing on the first day.

That isn't whistleblowing, that's espionage.
