After completing 50 recreations for the #GettymuseumChallenge I thought I would now do a series featuring two of my favourite things to do....DANCING and PAINTING😊

Didn't have a flamenco fan so painted the reverse side of a chinese fan(yeah most fauji homes have those😬)....made the flower from a woven plastic takeaway bag after dipping it in some red paint #recreationrecycling😬
Next in my #Dancepaintingseries for the #GettymuseumChallenge 'Balinese Dancer' by the famed Indonesian acadmic realist artist Dullah.Even though his style was realistic IMO there is this ethereal ,soft quality about his work.
He was also the curator of the art collection of Sukarno, the first President of the Republic of Indonesia , and produced a rare two-volume limited edition monograph of more than 200 paintings from that collection
