Unfortunately I’ve needed time off work to get better. Life was busy & I neglected my own health. Yesterday I was having an operation to remove tissue from my vulva, believed to be pre-cancer and has the potential to have pinheads of cancer. @VulvalCancerUK

Ladies, please check yourself as regularly as you check your breasts. A plea to all (you guys too) to share with loved ones, your daughters, mothers, sisters, aunts, nieces, cousins and grandmothers. I had never heard of it, but it doesn’t have to be like that for everyone...
