Pizza 1. Dough is GREAT. Shoulda taken some bubble pics but it's mostly eaten now. Mushroom, garlic, onion and cheese on top.

Pizza 2. Fresh mozz, roast tomatoes, fresh tomato, basil

Pizza 3. Cauliflower and onions.

Pizza 1, mushrooms. Bad angle cuz I had to fold it over in the oven. But good pizza.

Ok tonight I did 4 sourdough pizzas.

P1. Fresh mozz green tomatoes and hot "sausage" over green tomato chutney (homemade)
P2. Mushrooms and onions with garlic and swiss chard
P3. Margarita (homemade sauce)
P4. Mushrooms onions tomato sauce and swiss chard

Notes for next time: 3 and 4 are a bit overloaded, so the top remains soggy even if the crust is overdone.

Also: my phone timer is not reliable enough for to-the-minute (lol) precision tasks, I should use something else.

Chutney one is GREAT I need to make more chutney.
