(1/5) thread for #writers, #screenwriters and #authors who are starting their journey; for those who suffer from #impostorsyndrome; for anybody who has ever doubted themselves.

#writingtips
(3/5) ...I was lucky enough to find someone that stayed by me, so I eventually got where I wanted.

#writingtips
(4/5) ...so do yourself a favour, and if people tell you you’re good, believe them. If you place quarterfinalist, take it as a compliment. Surround yourself of people that admire you, not people who treat writing as a hobby for lazy people...

#writingtips #WritingCommnunity
(5/5) ...be aware that writing is a hard craft, and breaking in is even harder. Put in the work you need, and always strive to better yourself.

BUT NEVER, EVER argue against the world that your work is not good enough.

You’re writing, and you should be d*mn proud of yourself!
