This is mostly focused on ensuring Black folk receive the same interest rates as white folk.

This is what Corey Booker has proposed.

4. Federal Reserve and Government Pensions.
This is focused on interest-free loans to Black homeowners, and other benefits to Black-owned businesses.

This is basically oversight of #3 above

This is credit reporting reform, like factoring in standard bill payment for consideration.

This is a jobs training program for "people willing to put in the work."
