Panthers just had a two hour scrimmage inside BoA Stadium (thread)

Bridgewater started 9/13 for 159 yds and 2 TDs (Manhertz & CMC) against a variety of defenses (all QBs did reps vs both starters & backups)

Final drill had Mike Davis TD reception (from Teddy) erased by holding.

Myles Hartsfield had both 2 rushing TDs and an interception (busy day)

Both Hartsfield scores were called back on holding penalties.

With 3 WRs out, Ishmael Hyman took advantage - had over 100 yds receiving and a score (from Grier).

Grier had two scores (Zylstra, Hyman)

Christian McCaffrey and a bunch of defensive starters finished early and took their pads off, but stayed on the sidelines.

Zylstra’s TD was a fade over Donte Jackson. Had another score (from Walker) called back for OPI.

Bridgewater definitely fared better vs, the backups (obviously) - overall, defense struggled to stop the offense (all levels) unless penalties/drops doomed possessions.

PJ Walker with a late TD to DJ Moore in the red zone.

Coaches definitely rotating QBs, all got a lot of looks against a variety of defenses.

Greg Little had his lower right leg taped up at one point, may have gotten rolled up during a FG attempt, later returned.

Ambient crowd noise and music was throughout practice - when they did drop off the noise to nothing, it was eerily quiet in the stadium.

Like, really weird.

On defense, YGM, Kerr, Burns, Short all had sacks - couple of neutral zone infractions as well across the defensive line. Troy Pride had a nice PBU in the red zone.
