#DemocratsHelpPeople, sure, occasionally. But they also hinder growth. Also some of your facts are wrong.
National Parks were created under Grant (R), and the Service was signed in by Wilson (D), but it was sponsored by Kent (I) and Smoot (R).

Minimum wage: https://www.forbes.com/sites/miltonezrati/2019/12/12/minimum-wage-hikes-hurt-the-poor-more-than-they-help/#687eda076bf4 also, raising minimum wage costs employees jobs, and will push for more automization

WWII: Internment camps for Japanese citizens, as well as fire bombing civilians and dropping not 1 but 2 Nukes on Japanese citizens. All authorized by Democrats #DemocratsHelpPeople

JFK: Bay of Pigs, escalation of the cold War, Cuban Missile Crisis which started by his placement of missiles in Turkey.

Affirmative Action: At its inception, was useful to get companies to hire more minorities, you know in a time when they were still drinking at separate water fountains, however, now its just a quota they have to hit, instead of looking for the best possible candidates

Civil Rights: yes, democrats led the way, after wire tapping MLK Jr, and possibly involved in his assassination via the CIA.

Voting rights act: signed on to law by a D, but written by Mansfield (D) and Dirksen (R). Also gerrymandering is still a problem by both sides.

First black presidential candidate: Caveating it by "major party" is a bullshit way to try and take credit for something they didn't do, and is inherently wrong. Frederick Douglass was the first black presidential candidate and ran as a Republican.

Violence Against Woman act: also sponsored by Hatch (R), not just Biden. However, a good thing, it still hurts people, by forcing arrest of accused, even with no supporting evidence. Also I see you failed to mention the Tough on Crime Bill.

Assault weapon ban: a direct violation of our 2nd amendment. You can't claim how good one amendment is so wonderful and shit on another one.

ACA: another thing that hurt people. Yes some people were able to afford insurance, but many people that had insurance also lost thiers, costs increased for even more, and people that couldn't afford insurance were fined. Super helpful.
There is good and bad by both sides
