I really used to look forward to day 1 just for this ritual
Buying new clothes for fmly is something we look forward to the whole year.. n wait only for Onam!

And the women dance around the pookalam , called onakkali , praising Mahabali n his reign with spl Onakkali songs

They enjoy on swings n take part in other fun games
