I felt the previous dividend review ripped the heart out of FI . Yes some may call us ungrateful but there are numerous reasons why we need a sizeable increase going into order books.

I want to head off any conspiracies that some of the bigger accounts have "bullied" management into making changes, particularly from those who are advocates of inferior platforms

Over the last 2 months yes I've taken hours out of my day writing letters & providing feedback to management. I speak to accounts of all sizes on a daily basis & felt I was in a good position to assess the overall sentiment of the platform.

Nothing I said was from a self-interest point of view. Order books will bring in new customers but the last few months have been tough for many of the existing userbase. A positive market sentiment going into order books will mean they fall in love with the platform again

HNWI require high permanent yields that they can project over the course of a year, with a vision for these increasing as the platform grows. Deposits from this end of the userbase create an upward trajectory for others to follow & have fun trading on the risers & fallers

I don't want to talk numbers but I made it clear a permanent core dividend increase to show that FI are serious about growth was needed & the only way to turn around the sentiment

Media is the lifeblood of the platform and needs to be given a presence 365 days a year to give the premium players value & create space in the market for users to speculate on the next big thing

TOTM has reduced the comparative value of the cheaper players on the platform who can't compete for these dividends. / (& ) PB payouts simply need to be upped to increase the underlying value of all players on the platform & encourage trading across the index.

I just want to be able to tell friends about the platform again & go back to a positive TL who can spread the word about a fantastic / innovative platform that can change the world of sports betting

Increase core dividends, huge marketing campaign, integrate Nasdaq order books, then go to town IPOing thousands of new players on a great new system. Sweeten the deal with promos throughout the year & we are cooking on gas #footballindex
