Organisations such as @WomenEd have highlighted the struggles many women face during their careers Hence, a great push for women to be coached & mentored 1/

But are these areas a women only problem?

From my experience of #coaching men, I'd say no. Men suffer from imposter syndrome just as much as women. 2/

Issues include what their idea of what a leader looks like, which for many is someone suited and booted, has all the answers, holds people to account in a commanding manner and gets stuff done!

But is this leadership? Or just the illusion of what 'good' leadership looks like?3/
