Obama extorted companies to pay off leftist non-profits. That's the main difference between Dems and Rs. If this, and any criminal statute is broken, we want the people/persons arrested, indicted, and convicted.

The Left NEVER sees it that way. It's just a means to an end for their politics. We often use whataboutism, but at least we DO read about the problem, and want it fixed. The Left NEVER sees a problem, and then doubles down.

This all goes back to Berman , Bhahrara and now they have Strauss running SDNY. It's a very rogue office that considers itself beyond any outside chain of command. The SDNY has been for some time trying to 'get' Trump for real estate loans/taxes.

At one point in the whole Mueller fiasco McCarthy, who once worked there, admitted he was shocked at the malfeasance/political actions in SDNY

Its highly suspicious that an organization with only two 990s(2018 and 2019) would already be under review. The IRS would have already investigated them before ruling them approved in July of 2019.

SDNY is basing their case on activity from August of 2019-December of 2019 in terms of 990 filing fraud. Because the USPS was involved it seems like the focus is on what was communicated by mail to donors.

Either the IRS flags the suspious activity or there is someone inside the DOJ or USPS specifically targeting the organization. Without a whistleblower there is really no other explaination.

I’m digging into all sources and consultants on non-profits because this indictment seems so fucked up. Bannon is too smart for this. Ppl who call him sloppy are pissed because he had their number and got rid of them at Breitbart.
