THREAD: Forensic facial reconstructions I think are interesting.

One of the only things I liked from the soviet era was their pioneering of the art of reconstructing people's appearances from their skulls, which allowed us to see what the people of the past would've looked like.
Possibly the most famous facial reconstruction, Timur the Lame (1336-1405) and his son Shah Rukh (1405-1447).
Ivan the Terrible and his (third) wife, Marfa Sobakina

(there's way too many other members of Ivan's family with facial reconstructions, like his Byzantine grandmother Sophia Paleolog, so I won't post them all)
Gokturks, reconstructed from skeletal remains found in kurgans.

(these are actually my favorite facial reconstructions)
