One of the best moments of “negative” experiences is when the tides have turned, your back on track, and you can take a moment to reflect on how thankful you are for what you’ve lost and now regained. How fulfilling to reflect on your feelings when you were down vs when your up..
You lost your health, now you’re healthy, ah the fullness you feel when you realize how wonderful health is..
You loose electricity, you experience life with out our normalities, with out A/C with out lights, ah how greatly we can appreciate the honest luxuries of life once regained and reflected upon.
Your car breaks down, you experience life with out 4 wheels, how different & challenging it becomes. Then, once regained, that 1st ride feels amazing! What a joy to have this ride!
The list goes on. Regardless of the example I think the motif stands that...

1) negative experiences can significantly spring board us into deeper gratitude.

2) The good and the bad are the yin and the yang. We only recognize one b/c we also know the other.
So moral of Trevor’s twitter rant is I suppose it might be worth embracing the hard times with open arms. Not a long embrace if you don’t like, but at least a lil somethin! 😏
Because it seems if you take the time you might just find that there’s something good in it, matter fact great in it! And why not experience the greatness of life?
