I made this video in October 2019 while the markets were still quiet but I think it's time i ask some of the big YouTuber's to take another look at what @origin_trail actually is and does.

People seem to associate @origin_trail with supply chain projects like @IBMBlockchain @vechainofficial @TE_FOOD etc and think they are competitors when in fact @origin_trail will be the glue to bring all these supply chains together and have them speak the same language

The @origin_trail ODN is a decentralized network that allows the ability for not only public and private blockchains to share public and private data, but also legacy ERP systems as well. i.e. allow @IBMBlockchain to share data with @ORCLBlockchain in a decentralized fashion

This extends far beyond just blockchains as it can also allow the exchange of data between @SAP, @MSFTDynamicsERP @salesforce with those blockchain platforms mentioned above.

This is all done through the use of @gs1 EPCIS standards which allow everyone in the supply chain to make sure they are all formatting data in the same way.

They then use the @origin_trail ODN to help connect all the systems together and store all these events in the @origin_trail Decentralized Knowledge graph. This creates links to all the data from the different supply chains and makes them "connected"

This allows the @origin_trail ODN and protocol to act as the @Google for supply chains as it can query all the data from all the supply chains globally and instantly.

now, recently the @origin_trail and @TraceLabsHQ Team have been tapped by the
@EU_Commission and @NGI4eu to help develop the Next Generation Internet. The @origin_trail ODN can be used to link any type of data in the world and not just supply chain data i.e. SSI, DID etc

The @TraceLabsHQ team has also built a Decentralized Data Marketplace that will use the ODN that will be part of this massive EU initiative. This will allow anyone in the world to be able to buy and sell data globally which will remove any data silos created by countries.

This Quarter you will also see data oracles released on the ODN that will be used in conjunction with @ORCLBlockchain (kind of like @chainlink does but on a bigger scale) that will allow certain events to be triggered based on certain data criteria met within the network.

The reason for this Tweet is that i think it's time the @origin_trail and @TraceLabsHQ team finally get noticed for what they have really built and not just what people perceive the @origin_trail tech to be. (some people think it's just another supply chain tech)

I know reading can be boring but i made this video last October that is a quick and easy watch and i ask that you all take the 30 minutes to watch it. (i'm a visual person myself and that is why i made this video)

People say all the time they believe XYZ project has the ability to be in the top 10, but usually lack any other proof other than hype and speculation. The @origin_trail tech is already in use today by big organisations like @BSI_UK who's customers below will use the ODN too.
