Did you know that over half of all bills introduced this session in the State House have been sent to study - basically killing the bill until it has to be re-introduced next session?
When bills are sent to study, we don't know how our reps voted on it, since committee votes aren't public. We can't hold them accountable for killing progressive priorities, because we have no idea whether they're delivering on their promises.
It's clear: we need bold transparency reform, and it can't wait. That's why we've gotten dozens of candidates across the Commonwealth to sign on to the Voters Deserve to Know Pledge for basic transparency reforms. Find out if your state rep signed on here: https://actonmass.org/pledge/
