2. The reality is that this is a highly infectious disease that you can pick up despite your best efforts at following all the rules and guidelines
As this stage, as a society we all know the do's + don'ts when it comes to this pandemic

3. As GP's, we won't judge you
We don't care about what you do in your personal life, whether or not you were hanging from the rafters in the berlin bar or not last weekend, it's not for us to judge
What we do care about is that If you develop symptoms that you contact us

4.There is no shame in contacting your GP if you develop symptoms, you will not be judged.
If we are going to nip this virus in the bud, we need people understand that self isolation + testing as soon as you develop symptoms Is key + we can't have any barriers to that at all
