The recent publication on School Streets Management states: "Schools that are based on a local or London Distributor roads cannot be included as such roads must remain unhindered to traffic."...

NB in FOI response: GLA are held responsible by Merton Council for a road hierarchy which prohibits them from doing School Streets and modal filters. Pls also see my email in 1st Tweet. Any thoughts? @CarolineRussell @nuttyxander @BrendaPuech @livingstreets
