- Even less... 0.4% are Latinx
- More than 40% of VC funding comes from the Bay Area
So what can we do?

Black, Latinx, womxn founders are overlooked because people have always overlooked them. Not because they are any less than their white male counterparts.
Inclusiveness is the new elitism.

Become a mentor. If you have privilege and experience, give it to those who don't. This will help raise the startup ecosystem as a whole.
